Shipping policy

You can choose to collect item/s from one of the pick-up points or have them delivered. Please contact us to check if your order is ready before travelling to the pick-up point.

Postage and packing is dependent on the weight and size of your order, sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 service. Deliveries are to the UK mainland only.  Items are made to order and if being personalised we will inform you of expected time frame before shipping.
